FILING OF OATHS AND BONDS (EXCERPT) Act 164 of 1848 15.92 Official bonds; place for filing. Sec. 2. When any such officer is required by law to give bond for the faithful performance of the duties of his office, and no provision is made by law, for filing the same with any particular officer, such bond shall be filed with the secretary of state.
